Welcome to Immortal Redemption!!

We are a high-end raiding guild that is looking for dedicated raiders to join our midst. We are looking for people who enjoy a mix of hardcore raiding, along with a close-knit raiding community. We make every effort to keep our raiding and gaming environment a fun place for all of our members. We expect our members to be outgoing, polite and eager to assist each other. Applicants must understand and accept that the betterment of the guild comes before all individual pursuits.

Within IR are some phenomenal Officers and Class Leaders. You will be expected to follow their directions without question or hesitation.

Once again, we maintain a guild first mentality. With this said, you must be willing to assist the guild in aquiring materials for potions, sharpening stones, oils etc...

Applying members must meet the following criteria: These criteria are non-negotiable. Failure to meet anyone of these will result in a denied application.

1. MUST be level 70

2. MUST have all high-end keys (Karazhan, etc.)

3. MUST be motivated to advance and willing to accept failure.

4. MUST be polite and courteous!

5. MUST be willing to listen and adhere to the directions of Class Leaders

6. MUST understand that we are a raiding guild. If you are looking for PVP or raiding once a week we are not for you. We raid as many as 5 nights a week and anywhere from 1-6 hours on those nights.

7. Finally, you must be willing to relax, have a good time and make WoW an enjoyable place for yourself and your fellow guild members.

Application Process:

1. Register and submit an application on our website. Be honest on your application, we will investigate. If you were kicked or left a previous guild for a specific reason, let us know. If you fail to identify this and we find out about it, it is grounds for immediate termination of your application and recruitment opportunity.

2. Speak with one of our guild recruiters in game for a formal interview process. Our recruiters are: Slicklord/Slickdream/Joeslick, Amillas/Riptoa, and Alcott/Boleyn.

3. If the guild recruiter has no issues during the interview process, he will provide you with our recruiting channel. Stay in this channel, this is how we will contact you in game.

4. Our applicant forums are open to all of our Redeemer level raiders. This allows them to provide feedback on recruits that we would not otherwise see. We take this feedback seriously! If you receive negative feedback from one of our members, it will be investigated and will have an impact on your continued recruitment.

5. Once an invite has been extended, you will remain on a 30 day probationary period within the guild. This is not the time to screw up. Once again, during this time you will be evaluated be your fellow guild members and guild officers. Anytime during this period you may be removed from the guild. Also, as a raiding guild member, you will be expected to attend at least 70% of scheduled raids. Failure to meet this requirement can lead to possible penalties/guild removal. Any extenuating circumstances must be brought up to guild leadership. E.g. vacation, military deployments, real life family issues, etc... Any unreported absence of greater than 15 days may result in guild removal.

6. After 30 days, the officers will vote on whether or not you are a good fit for IR. If accepted, you will receive a promotion from recruit to member. At this time you will be a full fledged member of IR.

You must register with the message boards to be able to post your application. Applications posted in any other form will be ignored.
